Algebra. Joy.

Given me Arabic teacher's still flat on his back in medlab, and my Hindi teacher's just done a bunk, and my science teacher seems to have forgotten to give us any homework this week (which is weird - McCoy's been away with the fairies this week, must be all the work in medlab), and music appreciation is all up to date... it looks like it's me and the algebra book.

Fuck.

Numbers brains? A little help?

I ask you, what's the point of bloody letters in the middle of a perfectly normal sum?

Well, the perfectly normal sum only fits for that one particular case. The letters mean you can use it to talk about any variation on that one which is damned useful when you don't know which definite sum you're working with but need to figure it out.

Wait, was that one of thoes rhetorical questions?
