Funny how an outing improves your mood...

Sorry if I've been a bit out of sorts with people - got some bad news Wednesday night and didn't feel overly inclined to be social. But my class with Nate went well today, and there was really good food and going shopping and new music, and hey Nate? I like the Rachmaninov. Even if I have to read the cover three times to get the spelling right. Nice and loud and angry.

The news? Well, some of you know Beth, so you'll probably want to know. She's moving down to Atlanta this weekend - her dad's taken a new job down there. So yeah, you won't be seeing her at HeliX meetings, and we're not... well yeah.

It hurts. Will for a while. But it's done, and there's not changing it. I'll be okay.
