I've got VNV Nation, a nearly-empty Music Room, and driving practice.

Also been meditating a lot - trying to strengthen my shields. I'm fine with the spikes, it's the raise in the background noise that gets me.

Just have to remember one thing - I don't care for Harry Potter. If I start to, it means my shield has failed and I need to rebuild it in a different way.
