You'd think there'd be some compensation for someone artificially ramping up your powers. Like, I dunno, being able to keep the new spells you found yourself doing? No such luck here - finally got my mojo back, and I've lost all the summoning stuff I had. Well, not entirely - there was a moment there when I'm pretty sure my fingers got warm trying to summon Fire.

Ah well, easy come, easy go. And I know I can do it, just not at the level I am yet.

Also, I have more home-cooked Mexican food than I can deal with. Angelo's mum has been cooking to feed an army; I think she needs something to do to keep her mind off Laurie's mum being sick, since they're mates. She gave me a stack of stuff for Angelo and Forge, and then added to that, "to get some meat on my bones", or so she says. If I eat all this, I'll be nothing but meat. Brownstoners, help?

Well, yeah. Mostly because I can't move right now. Yay for PDAs that rest on the bulge that's my stomach after all that.
