There's been one too many Sessions this week. Note to self: Pete standing a round or three does not mean you should go for the tequila, no matter how much you need to unwind.

Did I never teach you? You only go for the tequila when you want to be impossibly drunk and hate yourself in the morning.

Hey, hey, you may be my boss, but we do need to clarify something here - the tequila is our friend. It wants only happiness for us. It is a good choice in drinks.

Now, the ouzo is never our friend.

Why does everyone hate tequila so? I think it is good in some tropical drinks.

(What? I drink mixed drinks. Sometimes. At Silver. Where Mark knows the bartender and I know they are high quality. And would set him on fire if I asked.)

Oh, damn. We need to tell Mark's boss at Silver that he is ill and will miss work.

EW. Can we not talk about peeling? Or sloughing or molting either.

Tequila is never the answer, no matter how pretty a color it is, or how much people assure you that it's good for you.

Yes, and it ends with a very definite 'NEVER AGAIN.' :) Jane + Alcohol (of any kind, not just tequila, but tequila in particular) = Badness. :)

That reminds me of a few years back, when I came back from the first time I'd been out on one of the Attilani fishing trawlers during a storm. Some of the other crew brought out this... I think it was some kind of rum.

Sure, it was fun at the time, but the next morning I was chucking up things I'd eaten in second grade.

Oh, ew! :) See, I have a tendency to go kinda immaterial when I drink alcohol, and it takes a while to wear off. :) And I found that out drinking tequila. Possibly a lot. :)

While I don't have the same consequences (which reminds me, has anyone ever run a full spectrographic analysis on you in your vapor form? I'm sure it'd be quite fascinating.) I have discovered that overindulgence tends to cause an odd latency issue with my prosthetics. I don't think I'll ever have to risk driving while intoxicated, I can't even pilot half my own limbs in that kind of state. I'm told it's rather amusing.

Ignore any of Marius's stories involving hugging grandfather clocks. Never happened.

Because I am not quite sure what a spectrographic analysis is, I'm going to go with no. :) Is this something I should have done?

And I am sure I have never heard of a grandfather clock, much less of anyone hugging them. :)

You are a horrible person to say these things to the man who's helping with your cheapass transportation issues. What price gratitude, I ask?

Forge is not helping ME with any vehicles. You can tell me all about his clockfriend...

The bender we went on that one time certainly cured me of any illusions about tequila...

Well, it took me twice to learn, counting that very ill-advised night out back when we were at Xaviers...
