At least self defence doesn't have an exam... well, not one where you sit down and have to write stuff, more like that final session where we had to attack Pete and not get our arses handed back to us. Hopefully he's as sore as I was the next day.

But yeah, got English Grammer done. History this afternoon. Then a break until next week for Geography and Maths and Art. Saving the best until last, I suppose.

I'll be in the kitchen with me history notes and as much food as I can inhale in half an hour if anyone's looking for me. Moira, I'll check in on Nate after me second exam, if he's up to seeing me. I won't if it'll only freak him out again.

Well, at least the Art final isn't a test. Just final projects.

I need to finish mine. Manuel interuppted it, and the last subject has buried himself in a pile of scary computer books.

Yes.

Yes. It was meant to be my semester-project. If nothing else, it looks good in the portfolio.

But if someone does not leave his computer, I cannot FINISH. Photographs are not helpful.

You underestimate Doug's ability to lose himself in the little numbers-and-letters.

The last time, I stood next to him for ten minutes before he noticed, and even -then- I had to wave my hand in his face.

I tried that, and playing with the back of his neck, and nibbling - even the ear with the earring.

I think it has something to do with how his power works. He gets very single-minded sometimes.

I considered that for about thirty seconds.

Cutting the power, not the lap dance.

That might actually get Doug to distract himself from the computer.

I will be glad when this semester is over for him. He works too hard.

Absolutly.

..

Do you know what the worst part of being in music class is? Thinking thoughts like "And maybe we can talk the band into playing" and then realizing that you are -part- of said band, and that you are damning yourself to a public performance.

How about that you've just said that in public where Alison can see it?

Not that she needs any ideas giving to her, of course...

If I did not say it here, she would find some way to find out that I -thought- it. It is just easier to voice these things and resign myself to performing.
