For the roomies, and anyone else who might have stuck their head in the door and wondered why I wasn't moving for about five hours... Strange gave me a taste of my own medicine. Somehow he thought I needed a good kip, and hit me with the same sleeping spell I used on Nate yesterday.

Grr.

And I never said this, but I think it did some good. Smug bastard.

Um. Could be something to try. Maybe. I'd have to talk to Strange about it first, since I'm not sure how the spell would react with your power. Besides, I'm sort of not doing any magic for a couple of days. Seems like the headaches are a warning sign. :P

Doug keeps trying to get me to watch that more often. He likes doing impressions of that blond vampire.

I am not sure if it would do anything except maybe postpone the dreams, or perhaps just not work at all. Mutant insomnia is confusing. It is definitly not urgent though, or even terribly important, I was just curious.

My precognition is a mutant power by nature, but I use means to channel it that are mystical, traditionally. I wonder if that shows or changes it at all?

Well, the magic's awful, mostly, but it's got some great lines. And the accent on the blond vampire makes me laugh. A lot.

You and me definitely got the weird end of the mutant power stick. My mystical stuff is powered by the mutation, and your mutant power uses mystical means as a channel. Maybe you should talk to Nate, see if the Askani had themselves any pre-cogs who did things differently?

I hear you on the boyfriend front. Mine's sleeping without bad dreams - his or mine - for the first time in a while, but Strange's spell knocked me sleep cycle around some. Gossip in the sunroom? We haven't done that for a while.

I will definitly talk to Nate about it. Somehow, taking advice from the people from the future on my ability to see the future seems appropiate. Almost poetic.

I have played with using the mice a little, but not much. Exams and end of semester projects and then all the chaos ate most of my time. They're getting a little fat though. I think someone has been feeding them extra. I just cannot be sure if it is Miles or Doug. Miles loves the mice. He talks to them.

I can do gossip. Doug is sleeping in tommorow, since I stolehisalarmclockandhidit.

Sleep cycle? I think I used to have one of those.

Yeah, she's not bad, but again, horrible imitation accent. *shudders* There's plenty of Brit actors, even in Hollywood, why can't they use the real thing. Or, at a pinch, one of the hundreds of Australian actors that seem to be floating around - they can do a passable Cockney.
