Well, I'm back, in one piece and people didn't throw rotten tomatoes at me. And I didn't freeze up either, tho' it was touch and go for a minute there. There were some wankers who made a nuisance of themselves yelling out stuff while I was talking, but other people seemed to listen, which was what it was all about. And right now I'm in a bit of shock over the whole thing. Still can't believe I did that.

There's a bit of a feeling of 'what now?' I'm not really sure yet.

Pete left this morning to sort out his Dad's funeral. I would've gone with him only there was the rally and all, and he said I should do it. I'm also keeping an appointment in New Orleans with a friend of Remy's - Pete reckons lying low for a bit might be a good idea if certain people saw the broadcast, and you don't break agreements with magic users, if you can help it. They get tetchy. And I promised Angie I'd go with her - moral support and all that. Guess I should pack then.

Thanks to everyone who came, and everyone who watched - I couldn't have done it without you. I hope I did all right.
