In order of me seeing things in the journals/hearing about it, since I've been a bit offline today:

Jay - glad to hear your gig went off all right. If what I'm hearing around the halls is right, we'll have two rockstars in the place soon.

Doc McCoy - I know you were wanting kids bad, and this seems like the best thing all 'round. Yay.

Kitty - well, considering all the bouncy and 'whee'-ing, and the waving around of a shiny folder with NYU on it, I'd say you got into the school you wanted? *grins* Well done, but it was never in any doubt - schools'd be lining up to take you.

It's nice to have so many people happy around. Meggan's feeling it too - her fur's all extra soft and shiny, like it usually gets when she's feeling safe.

Well, truthfully, I knew I was getting in before this, but there is a difference between assurances from professors that they will "Make it happen by dint of tenure alone if need be" and having the registration stuff in your hands.

Besides, it was a very shiny folder.
