Baby-sitter needed

Marie-Ange and I have gotten the all-clear to move into one ofthe older students' suites, which means packing up assorted shite and carrying it to the new room tomorrow. I'm going to need someone to take care of Meg for the afternoon, since there's a good chance according to Angie that one of us is going to trip over her whilst carrying something heavy.

Nate and/or Moira? Kurt? Someone else she trusts?

At least this is a good chance for me to get all the magic stuff in one place that isn't the room Meggan's living in. And there'll be more space for both of us - her trundle bed will fit nicely in the other corner...

... how on earth did I end up with so much stuff? No, don't answer that since most of these boxes are labelled "Magic Shite". Damn Strange and his habit of assigning me a new book every session...

Those? Are the boxes I was worried about, so moving most of those should reduce the chance of Meggan turning into a very upset small person. Or a frog.

I am still not sure why I have so many things. I know I did not bring most of this here when I first came here.

Which reminds me, I need to find the rest of that paperwork. If you see a very large folder from American Immigration, can you put it in the blue bin?

Gah, shapeshifter. Right. Definitely keeping this stuff down in my study. Means I'll have to get someone to sit for me when I'm working, tho'. Turning small furry person into a frog would be bad

It's all that shopping. *ducks* *falls over contents of her own closet* I have multiple pairs of shoes. This is bloody weird considering I had just the one pair when I got here...

I'll keep an eye out. If it doesn't turn up, maybe I could scry for it? Need to practice that one before Saturday any way, and those spells work well when they're to do with you for some reason.

And I realised I need to get a driver's permit this year. Since I can't keep cadging lifts off people. *sighs* Which means making sure my paperwork's up to scratch...

There is nothing wrong with having more than one pair of shoes! Though, at the rate I seem to acquire boots lately, I am rivaling you for plain black ones.

I wonder if that is because scrying is not altogether different from precognition?

So did Jake, but still, wouldn't want to change the kid I'm looking after into a frog, even temporarily. Somehow I think Dr Spock and the like look down on that sort of parenting. ;)
