As well as sudden vacations. Not that I'm going to begrudge Kurt the break - poor bastard needs it - was just a bit... abrupt. Hope he's all right.

And has anyone seen the swamp rat this morning? He had some files he wanted me to work on for him but he's nowhere around.

Yeah, I noticed that when I found him this morning. Nothing like a spot of first aid to start the day. Nothing serious at least, even if he does look like someone was pretending he was a cricket ball and belting him around the place. Good thing he bounces so well, I suppose.

If I'd thought he was going to be a stubborn ass and not get some first aid immediately, I'd have had Kurt teleport him to the 'Bird instead.

Well, he'd cleaned it up, but the gash on his head needed a couple of stitches and you know Remy and hospitals/doctors. Moira used to have to threaten him to get him to keep appointments and even then it was touch and go. Still, it isn't the first time I've stitched him up and the rest is mostly bruising.

And I'm so going to be dumped in Albany again for talking about him like he wasn't here. *wry*
