Maybe not the smartest thing in the world, no - if I'd seen that he wanted to come before I left, I would have dragged him along on the train. But he wanted to be there. Not in the Potomac. You know what I mean.

Doesn't it take several jumps for him to get there? Shouldn't we be applauding him for getting even a little bit near his destination instead of ending up in Toronto or something?

Don't encourage him - he should have gone with someone the old-fashioned way and not nearly killed himself 'porting. What if he'd wound up in a building?

Toronto would have been far better. I could have had my sister pick him up and take him to this amazing German draught restaurant up by Downsview.
