Funny how you always feel better being back in your own place.

They let me out this afternoon, and I'm safely installed back in my apartment. Thanks for the help, fellow JTs. I've got my very own fridge gnomes, by the looks - all the stuff that would have been scary to find after a week has gone, and there's new milk and bread and stuff. Thanks, whichever of you has keys to my place that thought to do that.

Tea. Real tea that isn't that hospital dishwater they call tea. Much better. And no, I don't need someone to make it for me, I'm fine, as long as there's nothing on the higher shelves.

There is a folder of all the local take-out places and their menus on top of your microwave also. Doug wanted to organize them by how spicy the food was, but I did not let him. They're organized by how fast they usually deliver as much as Doug and I could remember.

Thanks, mate. Found those when I was pottering around, remembering my kitchen.

I did notice there's little chilis drawn on the spicy places. ;)

There are? Be forewarned, I did not draw those, so Doug must have, which means they are on his scale of spicy, and so not that of normal people.

I'll keep that in mind. Think I'll keep it conservative, at least at first. All that bland hospital food, I might just kill myself with Mama Lupe's special chili.

It did work, yeah. Things are healing up a bit faster than they would have normally, which is good since the laundry pile was getting scary. Thanks, Laurie.
