I don't like sedatives. Addictive personality, and rehab wasn't much fun the first time. I only take them when I'm injured. So injury seems like the best idea here.

The problem with head injuries is that then you have a concussion and are not allowed to sleep. Perhaps you could exercise yourself into exhaustion? That or warm milk and steak and then have a coma like a very large snake?
