Um, yeah, the bang and the stench and the turning people green was me. I'm really sorry, I've done that spell a few times now and never had any problems, but I s'pose I didn't have the handle on it I thought. Any way, the smell's all gone from the library, and I've cleaned up down there (which is why no word from me 'til now) and I'm about to call Rom and see if there's anything I can do to un-green people. Including me. I look like a fucking dryad right now. If there isn't, it should wear off in a day or two.

Oh, and I'm fine, by the way. The bang was all noise and no actual flash.

I'm really sorry. I don't know what happened.

You know, it took me four hours to realize my hair was green? And Moira had to point it out to me, in the end. I think I am possibly a little too deep in the studying this week.

I've stripped it off already. Yay, TK. I'm not sure I'd want to try it on skin, but anyone with green hair or fur can let me give it a try if they want.

And the last time I did something like this, it wore off in a couple of days. Then again, this particular spell's never blown up on me before, so I could be wrong. I'll have something more definite in a bit.

Glad to hear you're ok. I'm personally amused, but I escaped both the smell and the greening, by virtue of not having any summer homework. Who knew there was an advantage to slacking over the summer?

Not hurting the books is definitely a good thing. And hey, that might be a useful piece of information right there - the smoke, whatever it was, only affected animal material (can have just been live material, as everybody's hair changed color, too.)
